A cable schedule (also called a conductor or wire schedule) lists every power, control, or communications cable in a project alongside its routing and physical characteristics. It's used during design to plan raceway/tray fill and voltage drop, during procurement to generate a cable pull list and bill of materials, and during construction and commissioning to trace and verify each cable was installed and landed correctly.

How to Use This Template
Fill in the Project Information header so the printed schedule identifies which job it belongs to.
Give each cable a unique ID/tag (e.g. "C-101") — this is what appears on cable labels in the field and on the as-built drawings.
Record the From/To endpoints (panel, equipment, junction box), cable type (e.g. THHN, XHHW, MC, armored, fiber), conductor size and count, insulation type, routed length, and system voltage.
Use the Notes column for anything that doesn't fit elsewhere — special routing requirements, derating notes, or spare/future designations.
Click Print / Save as PDF when finished. Wide tables print in landscape automatically in most browsers when the content requires it, or you can select Landscape manually in the print dialog for the cleanest fit.
