Electrical Panel Schedule Template

A panel schedule documents every circuit fed from an electrical panelboard — breaker size, phase assignment, connected load, and a plain-language description of what each circuit serves. Engineers, electricians, and inspectors use it during design, permit submittal, construction, and later maintenance to know exactly what a given breaker controls without opening the panel and tracing wires. Fill in the panel identification fields below, then complete a row for each circuit.

How to Use This Template
  1. Fill in the Panel Information fields — name/ID, location, voltage, main breaker size, and bus rating identify which physical panel this schedule documents.
  2. Complete one row per circuit: breaker poles (1, 2, or 3), trip rating in amps, a short plain-language description of the load, and the connected VA on whichever phase(s) it lands on.
  3. The Total Connected VA row at the bottom sums each phase column automatically as you type — use it as a quick sanity check for phase balance.
  4. Leave unused rows blank or label them "Spare" — the fixed 24-row layout matches a standard panel size; if your panel has more or fewer circuits, unused/extra rows can simply be left blank or ignored when printed.
  5. Click Print / Save as PDF when finished. The browser print dialog lets you save directly to PDF — form field borders are hidden automatically so the printed sheet reads as a clean document.
