What STEM Education Actually Covers
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics — a deliberately integrated way of framing education across those four fields rather than teaching each one as an isolated subject. Where a traditional curriculum might teach algebra in math class, circuits in a separate science class, and never connect either one to a real design problem, STEM education is built around the premise that science, math, and engineering are most powerfully learned together, applied to real problems, with technology as the connective tissue that lets students actually build, simulate, and test what they're learning rather than only reading about it.
