Change status directly from the list as items get worked and re-inspected, and use the trade/status filters plus the sort control to focus a review meeting on exactly the subset that matters.
The completion percentage counts any item marked Resolved or Verified against the total list, giving an at-a-glance sense of closeout progress. A separate "Verified" status (distinct from "Resolved") lets a superintendent or owner's rep confirm a fix was actually re-inspected and accepted, rather than just marked done by the trade that performed the work — a distinction that matters for substantial completion and final closeout documentation.
