This module builds the Critical Path Method for finding which sequence of activities actually controls a project's finish date, Gantt charts for communicating that schedule visibly, resource leveling for when a limited team turns a logically-parallel schedule into a resource-constrained one, and the project management triangle for reasoning clearly about scope, schedule, and cost trade-offs under pressure.
By the end of this module you should be able to compute a network's critical path from a forward and backward pass, explain why resource leveling can push a project's finish date beyond what pure CPM logic predicted, and name specifically what has to give when a stakeholder asks to compress a schedule.
