The project brief: a distributor's five regional DCs grew one at a time over a decade, sited wherever warehouse space was available rather than by any location-optimization study, leaving one facility absorbing three overreach territories at distances of 300 to 450+ miles. This module runs the actual network audit, the center-of-gravity relocation math, and the resulting five-to-three facility consolidation the way a real supply-chain engineer would.
