A mechatronics engineer's actual deliverable is rarely just a working machine — it is the record proving a specific sizing decision, I/O assignment, or test result was made deliberately, so a technician, a controls engineer, or a safety auditor can trust the machine without re-deriving every decision from scratch. Each template is explained here in terms of what it is for and how it is actually used across this program's six real projects, not reproduced as a blank form — the templates themselves are separate downloadable PDF files.
