Equipment placement, duct and pipe installation, insulation, air and water balancing, functional performance testing, commissioning, and startup — the physical and procedural work that turns a correct design into a verified, working system.
A correctly sized chiller and a properly designed duct network are still just a design until equipment is set, connected, insulated, balanced, and proven to perform the way the drawings promised. This module covers that gap in the order it actually has to happen — placement, duct and pipe installation, insulation, TAB, functional testing, commissioning, and startup — because each later step assumes the one before it was actually done correctly, not just checked off.
It also sets up Module 12 directly: nearly every troubleshooting scenario in the next module traces back to an installation or commissioning step that was skipped, rushed, or done out of sequence here.
