This module runs one small mechanical assembly through the entire design sequence a real design review actually follows: selecting a concept before calculating anything, sizing a shaft and its key under combined loading, stacking real tolerances two different ways, sizing a bearing to a chosen reliability level, trimming mass without spending the safety margin, and finally redesigning the same bracket for the process that actually makes it and the hands that actually assemble it.

Where a first-pass design technically works but leaves obvious margin on the table — or, just as often, not enough margin at all — the module shows the fix and the number behind it, not just the flaw, because that judgment is what separates a design that merely calculates from one that's actually optimized.
