This module steps back from the calculations in Modules 1-16 to the professional discipline that surrounds them: how IEEE, 3GPP, and the FCC actually divide authority over a wireless system, what a realistic 60-90 day Part 101 coordination timeline does to a project schedule, and what a complete as-built package has to contain for both a licensed microwave link and an enterprise WLAN deployment.

From there it works through construction coordination against a structural tower-loading analysis, turning design targets into signed-off acceptance-test criteria, building a maintenance plan from actual failure modes rather than a calendar default, trending performance data to catch drift before it becomes an outage, and the change-management discipline that keeps a coordinated, tested system from silently drifting out of compliance one undocumented change at a time.
