4D BIM links model elements to schedule activities so the building appears to construct itself in the planned sequence, and that time-lapse simulation surfaces conflicts a purely spatial 3D coordination pass can never catch — two elements with zero geometric clash in the finished model can still be scheduled to occupy the same physical space at the same time during construction. This module works through building that link, running a constructability review, and using the simulation as a communication tool with trades and, on occupied renovation work, with facilities and operations staff who need to plan around the sequence themselves.
