The project brief: three 2,500-gallon batch tanks, an HTST pasteurizer, and two filling lines, with a dedicated Clean-in-Place skid cleaning whichever vessel or line is currently out of production. Unlike the continuous-process projects earlier in this program, the defining engineering problem isn’t holding a single variable at setpoint — it’s managing repeatable, auditable batches on shared equipment under the formal ISA-88 model, and proving after the fact exactly which raw materials went into exactly which finished product.
