Every module before this one has assumed you can read the drawings that describe the systems being discussed. This module makes that assumption explicit: how a P&ID's ISA-5.1 tags tie to the instrument index and to a loop diagram, how a control schematic's logic relates to a wiring diagram's physical terminal-to-terminal detail, and how an MCC layout, a network diagram, and a cable schedule all have to agree with each other and with everything else in the drawing set.
It then turns from reading drawings to producing them, walking through control panel design as it's actually practiced — enclosure sizing and NEMA/UL ratings, component layout and wire numbering, terminal block strategy, power supply and heat-load sizing, UL 508A and short-circuit current rating, and the bill of materials that ties the whole design to what actually gets built. Module 14 picks up immediately after this one, verifying that everything this module teaches you to design and document was actually built and wired correctly.
