An enclosed, below-grade garage's flammable-liquid spill exposure is exactly the case Module 8's foam coverage anticipates — this project puts that content to work on a real 40,000 sq ft garage, starting with why the AHJ required foam-water protection beyond the occupancy's baseline hazard classification, and selecting a PFAS-compliant fluorine-free (F3) concentrate and a bladder tank proportioning system suited to a standalone system.

It closes with a full foam-water density/area calculation converting design flow into required concentrate quantity, a deluge system layout suited to the rapid-spread nature of a spill fire, and the concentrate storage and periodic testing considerations that keep the system reliable over years of otherwise-unused standby.
