A fire suppression engineer's actual deliverable is rarely just a system that physically works — it is the paper trail proving a specific hydraulic calculation, acceptance test, or inspection actually happened and passed, so an AHJ, an insurance carrier, or a future engineer can trust the system without re-deriving or re-testing everything from scratch. This module collects the twelve templates referenced throughout Modules 1 through 19 — a Hydraulic Calculation Summary Sheet, Contractor's Material and Test Certificate, Fire Pump Acceptance Test Report, NFPA 25 Inspection Checklist, Sprinkler Working Plan Checklist, Clean Agent Room Integrity Test Report, Kitchen Hood System Semi-Annual Service Report, Foam System Concentrate Test Report, Submittal Log, RFI Template, Punch List Template, and As-Built Documentation Checklist — organized into three groups that follow a real project's timeline.

Module 21's capstone assignment applies a working subset of this kit to a brand-new design problem.
